The short list of books nominated for the 2011 Teens Top Ten was announced a few months ago. You can read about that here. Last week they opened up the voting, and you can vote until September 15th. The Booth & Dimock Memorial Library has 13 of the 25 titles, and we are happy to Inter-Library-Loan any of the others. You can search our catalog for the 13 we own with the key phrase "TTT2011" and read the entire list with synopsis's here. There is a display of these books above the Teen Computers.
On Wednesday, September 14th, we will have a meeting of the Teen Book Club. There is No Book for this meeting, we are going to talk about some of the great books we read over the summer and choose some of the books we want to read this fall. This meeting will be a great time for us to debate which books are Coventry's Favorites for the Teens Top Ten.
